Refund Policy

Effective July 6, 2026

1. Overview

Every Imperium Armory piece is printed, sanded, and hand-finished to order. Because of the custom nature of the work, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or finish selections, or paint schemes applied after delivery. We do stand fully behind the condition of your piece when it arrives — the policy below covers damage during shipping.

2. 14-Day Shipping Damage Guarantee

If your piece arrives damaged during shipping, you have 14 days from the delivery dateto contact us. Within that window we will, at your choice:

  • Refund the piece in full, or
  • Reprint and reship a new piece to you at no additional cost.

Requests made after the 14-day window unfortunately cannot be honored, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To start a shipping-damage claim, email contact@theinnovio.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name and the email address used to place the order.
  • The order or quote reference (or the date the order was placed).
  • Clear photos of the damage — at least one photo showing the damaged area, and, if possible, a photo of the shipping box and packaging as received.
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or a reprint.

Photographs of the damage are required — we cannot process a claim without them. They help us improve packaging and, where applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

4. What Happens Next

  • We will confirm your claim within 2 business days of receiving your email.
  • If you choose a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
  • If you choose a reprint, we will queue the new piece and email you a fresh timeline; shipping is on us.
  • You do not need to return the damaged piece unless we specifically ask you to.

5. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused after delivery (drops, painting, sanding, modification, or accidents).
  • Minor print lines, layer texture, or small surface artifacts that are a normal part of hand-finished, resin-style 3D-printed props.
  • Color or paint scheme preferences — pieces ship in the finish described at the time of order.
  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been marked delivered.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us at contact@theinnovio.comand we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a reprint.
