Imperium Armory ("we", "us", "our") designs, prints, and ships hand-finished tabletop and cosplay pieces. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit imperiumarmory.com or contact us to place an order, and how we handle it.

• Order & contact information — name, email address, shipping address, and the details of the pieces you request when you submit the order form or email us at contact@theinnovio.com.
• Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send us about a quote, order, or support request.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site working and secure.

• To prepare quotes, process and fulfill your order, and ship your pieces.
• To reply to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send transactional messages about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, refund or reprint communications).
• To keep the website secure and to prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

We only share information with providers who help us run the business — for example, our email delivery provider, our website and database host, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. These providers receive only what they need to perform their service on our behalf.

We keep order and correspondence records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor our refund and reprint policy, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Imperium Armory is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
